Overview
----------------------

This is my first original BASIC program that has over 60 formulas for both math and science
(mostly for math, though). This is a somewhat minor update, I just added a few more formulas. I'm
still in the process of 4.0, though, but I figured I might as well release an upgrade.

If you have any comments, questions, complaints, or anything else, feel free to e-mail me. I'll
reply as soon as I can. If there is even a spelling error I would like to know.

What I Plan To Do In Future Versions
--------------------------------------

-Make compatible with MirageOS
-Maybe use BasicBuilder to make an app if the size becomes bigger than 16384 bytes
-Figure out how to solve for T in the distance equation
 (D=VT+(1/2)AT^2)
-Figure out how to solve for R in the surface area of a cylinder
(2piRH+2piR^2), it ends up being RH+R^2
-Figure out how to solve for R in the surface area of a cone
(piR^2+piRS), it ends up being RS+R^2
-Arrange math formulas by subject (Algebra I/II, Trig, etc.)
-Make separate programs for math and science
-Make separate programs for each math subject (Algebra I/II, Trig, etc)
-Make a single program for each formula
-Make a version with lowercase lettering
-Polygon diagonals
-Polygon angles (Interior and Exterior)
-Sector Area
-Factoring (Quadratic, Sum of 2 Cubes, Difference of 2 Cubes)
-Add more math/science formulas that I come across
-Maybe convert to ASM/Flash once I learn how
-Anything else you suggest! I'm not sure of what math/science
formulas are used a lot other than the ones I have, I'll have to
make a list of all the programs that are used the most so I can
keep the size to a minimum.

Thank-Yous

Mike Gould for his program's inspiration and a couple of his
equations (Y-intercept and Trig Functions, to be exact)

Disclaimer
----------

You may freely distribute this program as long as the program and this
readme are untouched. If you want something changed e-mail me.

I'm not responsible for anything this does to your calculator,
although it shouldn't do anything in the first place. Compatibility
testing is at your own risk. If you want a port, use the TI Basic
Porter, found at ticalc.org.

These equations should be pretty reliable, but I'm not sure about
the reliability of the results (i.e. always coming out as the same
answer or the wrong one).

Version History

3.5
---
Release: 2/27/04
Size: 10001 bytes
Changes:

-Over 400 bytes smaller than what it would be because I rounded numbers
by using Fix 3 instead of round(
-Fixed nearly every Var Finder equation that involved division, it
gave the wrong answer because it should be A/(BC) instead of A/BC
-Fixed other various equations after checking them over. Sorry for the
 mass unreliability!
-Took out Final Velocity from the Acceleration formula (solving for
 Acceleration)
-Made the 3D Midpoint Formula answer fit
-Added:
 Discrete Functions (Factorial, Permutation, Combination)
 Method of Least Squares
 Deviation (Mean and Standard)
 Central Angle
-Removed (but will become individual programs in 4.0):
 KiloCalories
 Energy Transfer
 Specific Heat Capacity

3.01
----
Release: 4/5/03
Size: 9950 bytes
Changes:

-I was forced to make an update because of BIG mistakes in the
quadratic formula. I didn't put in the A in 2A, then when I did, it
divided the answer by 2 then multiplied that by A, so I put
parantheses around it (so it's "(2A)") and it works fine. Sorry for
the problems you all got wrong! Luckily I noticed it when I was taking
a quadratics test and I had to do the work out. The written answer
contradicted the calc, so I went with the paper just because I can't
always trust the calc. I still missed a couple, but that was my fault.

3.0
---
Release: 2/18/03
Size: 9944 bytes
Changes:

-Totally reprogrammmed and reorganized, making it a lot smaller
 than it would be
-Put 3 dimensional distance and midpoint into Line Formulas
-Put Sphere Equation into Variable Finder
-Fixed a bug in Current where when solving for Charge the answer
was always zero, or otherwise the wrong answer, due to the wrong
variable being placed in the answer formula
-Fixed a bug where exiting a couple of the programs would return
 to the wrong menu
-I spelled sphere wrong somewhere (spheee), but I think
 it's fixed now.
-Fixed the surface area for a cylinder, it was originally the
 volume formula
-Added:
3 dimensional endpoint into Line Formulas
KiloCalories (calculates total kilocalories and kilocalories/gram)
 Energy Transfer
 Specific Heat Capacity

Other minor changes
