The terms of this license are retroactive; that is, to say, earlier works of this program distributed under a custom license are now governed by this one, and the owners of copies of said programs agree to abide by the terms of this license and any future license, and allow the founders to change the license without notification. However, you do have the undeniable right of acquiring the latest version of this license from the above addresses.

Downloading this software means you agree to the terms of this license. If you do not agree to the terms of this license, then you must delete the program befire using it. Using, executing, and/or running the program also means you abide to this license agreement.

The software included is not free software. It may be distributed
for free, but by accepting, transferring, downloading, opening, or
modifying this software, you agree to bind by the terms of this
license, or you can be punished by lawsuit according to United States
law.

This license does not apply to any authors of the software; the
purpose of the license is to outline the rights of the owner of a
copy of the software and the downloader that acquired it in the first
place. The authors of the included software are to abide by the
explicit rules of the founders of Outdone TI, Jeremy Steinert and
Spencer Wohlers. The founders of Outdone TI own the full set of rights
of distribution and modification of the software and its source code.

This license grants the downloader (and any others who the downloader
transfers the software to) the following rights: you may freely
distribute your copy of this software. without modification, to as many
people as you want, as long as you accurately describe from where you
acquired it and the rights of the new owner. You may display this
software publicly, as long as you give the true authors of the program
due credit and you accurately describe from where you acquired it.

For example, if you distribute copies of such a program, whether
gratis or for a fee, you must give the recipients all the rights that
you have. You must show them these terms so they know their
rights.

However, the downloader and new owners of the software may not modify
the software without express written permission from the founders, and
many not, by any means, attempt to extrapolate or duplicate any part or
the whole of the source code. The source code may be acquired from the
founders and founders only, and at such time they do not have to send
it. The downloader and new owners may not redistribute the software
under any other name than Outdone TI or under any other license but
this one.

Any rights not expressly defined in this license are held by the
founders and, by the express written permission of the founders, any
contributing authors.

Also, for each author's protection and ours, we want to make certain
that everyone understands that there is no warranty for this software.
If the software is modified by someone else and passed on, we
want its recipients to know that what they have is not the original and
not legal, so that any problems introduced by others will not reflect on
the original authors' reputations.

1. Rights of the downloader

   a. The persons downloading the original version of this program, collectively referred to as "the downloader", have the rights of redistribution of the original program without modification. They must notify the new owners of copies of the original software of where they acquired the program and of the new owners' rights.

   b. The downloader may publicly display the executable works of the program, not the source code, as long as they give credit to Outdone TI and authors of the program.

   c. The downloader shall make no effort to acquire or modify the source code from the program without first notifying Outdone TI of his or her intentions and, in the case of modification, acquiring written permission from Outdone TI. If the downloader changes the source code of the program and redistributes it, he or she must include documentation on what was changed, where to find the original version of the program, and a copyright notice clearly displaying that Outdone TI is the author of the program. They must also send a copy of the program and documentation, just as how they are to be distributed, to Outdone TI for inspection. The downloader must then abide by the terms set forth after inspection regarding the distribution of the program.

   d. The downloader, if he or she has acquired permission to view the source code, may not use any part of the program as part of another program.

2. Rights of the owners of the redistributed copies of the program

   a. The owners of copies of the original copies of the program given to them by the downloader, must be notified of their rights before using the program. They must be told where to acquire the original software if they feel the software has been changed without permission, and how to contact Outdone TI to report the issue.

   b. The new owners must follow the same terms as the downloader, outlined above.

3. Rights of everyone else

Everyone who acquires or executes the program, but does not fit into one of the above categories, must contact Outdone TI for their rights.
